We did not bolt AI onto an old agency model. We started from the question: if AI agents can do the work, what should an agency actually be? The answer is leaner, faster, and far more transparent than the agencies most SEA businesses have dealt with.
We built Miccy — an AI intelligence product — for ourselves first. Then we turned the same approach outward: SEO, paid, content, CRO, web and social, all delivered by agents under human direction. We are our own first case study.
